Watercolor Spring Potted Tulips!
Oh these little darlings have been on my to-do list for months and now I finally did it- with the help of SVGcuts ‘Spring Challenge’!
My Spring Challenge entry is inspired by my visits to Skagit Valley were the tulip fields are in full bloom the entire month of April [Skagit Valley Tulip Festival] and Anacortes where once Bunnies resided down by the bay at the waters edge, overlooking the San Juan islands! Ahhhh, Yes epic times
I used SVGcuts SVG kit called ‘April Avenue’ to print and cut the bunny, bird, egg and tulip and then, I water painted each piece of my tulips!
I also, used the same SVG kit , April Avenue to create the tulips flowers, centers, leaves and stems.
All the papers, buttons, brads and twine I used from My Mind’s Eye ‘Follow Your Heart’ Bundle, which is so appropriate as my ‘heart’ definitely is in the San Juan Islands [in coming months you will hear a Lot about my travels there]!
Then, I used SVGcuts SVG kit ‘Toil and Trouble’ to create all the ‘pots’!
Go check it out….there’s still time to get your entry in! Good luck!
Hugs and Blessings,
