SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will ship USPS PRIORITY every Friday,  unless otherwise requested or holidays interfer. All orders placed before noon Monday through Friday, requested for 3-Day, 2nd-Day & Overnight delivery will be processed and shipped unless the item is not in stock at the time of the order. Orders needing Expedited shipping or Overnight, buyer is responsible for any shipping fees.

 

RETURN POLICY

All items are Custom and designed to the buyers discretions.  All  Requests, wants, needs and specific instructions MUST be submitted at the time of purchase. In the case, you want to e-mail with additional requests after order is placed, please do so, within 2-days of purchase....if I haven't designed the cover yet, changes can still be made within that timeframe. 

Monogrammed items are non-returnable.
